Larry Milan is senior vice president, human resources responsible for HR consulting, talent management and talent acquisition, leadership & organization development and workforce diversity. His HR team provides expertise and service to ING’s approximately 9,000 U.S. employees and ING’s U.S. and North and South American executive leadership teams.

Previously, he was vice president, Customer Service Centers for ING U.S. He joined ING in 2000 upon ING’s acquisition of Aetna Financial Services. His experience includes significant business, strategic, organizational, and leadership experience gained throughout his tenure at ING and Aetna Financial Services, as well as in assignments with industry leaders such as Pitney Bowes, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and State University of New York (SUNY) Oswego.

Milan earned an undergraduate degree from Bluffton University, Ohio, and a master’s degree in higher education administration and personnel management/labor relations from Michigan State University. He completed the University of Michigan Executive Management Program.
