A key component of ING’s diversity strategy in U.S. is to partner with a variety of constituency organizations. ING proudly supports and sponsors the following diversity-focused organizations.

National Diverse Professional Organizations:

ALPFA’s mission it to be the leading Latino professional association dedicated to enhancing opportunities for CPAs, accountants and finance related professionals, and students, while expanding Latino leadership in the global workforce.
IABA strives to increase the diversity of the professional societies by offering a network of support to Black students and professionals pursuing an actuarial career.
ELC’s mission is to change the face of corporate America by creating a support network and public leadership forum that prepares the next generation of African-American corporate executives, honors business achievements by African Americans; encourages excellence in business; and influences public policy on behalf of African Americans.
The leading research and advisory organization working with businesses, and the professions to build inclusive environments and expand opportunities for women at work.

The nation's leading organization supporting Hispanic higher education.

HBCU / Historically Black Colleges and Universities
Providing access to higher education for black Americans for more than 150 years.

NFBPA / National Forum for Black Public Administrators.
Committed to strengthening the position of Blacks within the field of public administration; to increase the number of Blacks appointed to executive positions in public service organizations; and, to groom and prepare younger, aspiring administrators for senior public management posts in the years ahead.

SWAC / The Southwestern Athletic Conference
Organized exclusively for the purpose of encouraging, promoting, advancing, and conducting intercollegiate sports activities and other recreational and not-for-profit activities among the members of the Conference.

TMSF / The Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund
Established in 1987 to carry on Justice Marshall's legacy of equal access to higher education by supporting exceptional merit scholars attending America's Public Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
