An affiliate of Lightyear Capital LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired three of the four broker-dealers doing business as the ING Advisor Network--Financial Network Investment Corporation, Multi-Financial Securities Corporation and PrimeVest Financial Services and the executives, back office and shared services employees that comprised the ING Advisors Network team.
